Pilot and Demo Disclaimer
Please read carefully. Reports and assessments generated during a pilot or demonstration period are intended to illustrate platform capabilities. They do not constitute formal compliance certification, legal advice or audit opinions.
1. Synthetic and Sample Data
Demonstration and pilot environments may include synthetic, illustrative or anonymised data. Results produced from synthetic data are provided to demonstrate the Platform's features and output format. They do not represent the actual compliance posture of any real organisation unless explicitly stated and based on that organisation's own connected data.
2. Illustrative Reports
During a pilot or demonstration:
- Reports, scores and assessments are illustrative unless they are based on the client's own live or uploaded data.
- Governance scores and risk ratings reflect the Platform's automated analysis of the data provided - they are not independently audited or certified.
- Findings may not be representative of the client's full document environment, particularly where only a subset of files has been assessed.
3. Decision-Support Only
All assessment results generated by ComplyBar - whether during a pilot or in full production use - are decision-support tools. They are designed to assist compliance professionals, information officers and records managers in prioritising and managing governance risk. They are not:
- Legal opinions or legal advice.
- Audit certification or assurance reports.
- Regulatory approvals or compliance certificates.
- Substitutes for professional legal or compliance counsel.
4. Client Responsibility
The client organisation remains solely responsible for all compliance, governance and legal decisions. ComplyBar provides information and tooling to support those decisions. Final decisions on file classification, retention, remediation and regulatory reporting must be made by qualified personnel within the client organisation.
5. No Automatic File Changes
ComplyBar does not make automatic or unauthorised changes to any file, folder or document system. Any write-back, renaming, reclassification or file modification functionality:
- Must be separately enabled by the tenant administrator.
- Requires explicit approval through the Platform's approval workflow.
- Is not activated during a standard pilot or demonstration unless specifically agreed and configured.
